Terms of Service
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all customers of Hon Win Motor Trading, a motor workshop operating in Singapore.
1. Our services
Hon Win Motor Trading provides automotive repair, servicing, maintenance, and related services. All work is carried out by trained technicians. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.
2. Quotations and pricing
- All quotations are estimates unless confirmed in writing
- Prices may change if additional faults are found during inspection — we will inform you before proceeding
- Prices listed on our website are indicative and subject to change
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST where applicable
3. Appointments and bookings
- Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon our acknowledgement
- Please arrive on time for your appointment; late arrivals may result in rescheduling
- We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules
4. Warranty on workmanship
We stand behind the quality of our work. Our standard warranty on labour is 30 days from the date of service, unless otherwise stated. This covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover:
- Parts sourced and supplied by the customer
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors after service
- Normal wear and tear
Parts warranties are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer or supplier.
5. Vehicle collection and storage
- We will notify you when your vehicle is ready for collection
- Vehicles must be collected promptly upon completion of service
- We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
- Vehicles left uncollected beyond 7 days without agreement may incur storage charges
6. Payment
Payment is due upon collection of your vehicle unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. We accept cash, PayNow, and other methods as displayed at our premises. We reserve the right to retain a vehicle until full payment is received.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Hon Win Motor Trading’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
